The Journey Centre cares about your privacy. All information remains confidential.

We do not disclose buyer’s information to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998). We collect information only for the following two reasons, firstly, to process your order, and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will not pass on your e-mail address to other organisations unless you have given your consent. The information we collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number, email address and account details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold is to the best of our ability, accurate and based solely upon information we receive from you and it remains as up to date as it can be.

The Journey Centre will not disclose information about our employees or customers to anyone outside the company unless the law requires or permits us to do so. The data that you provide to us will not be given or sold to third parties. If you suspect that it has been used by third parties, please contact us so that we can investigate the circumstances. This information is held securely and if we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

If you do give us personal information, either by filling out an order form or using the contact form, then you can be assured that this information will only ever be used in the way that you specify. Any sensitive data that you might supply can be assured to be safe. It is at no point stored in any form of electronic retrieval system to which persons outside The Journey Centre could gain access.
We will not contact you unless it has been requested, nor will you be asked to buy anything, and you won’t be inundated with e-mails. If your address exists in our mailing list database, every message you receive from it will contain a simple on-click removal facility, which results in immediate removal of that address from the database.

Right of Access: You have the right to be supplied with a copy of the information which we hold about you, but we will make a charge for providing a copy of this data to you. We will delete or correct any inaccuracies promptly. If you would like to inspect the data that we hold about you, then please write, with proof of ID and send a stamped addressed envelope, with a cheque for £20 to cover administrative costs to:
