The Journey Centre Lost Key Club
FREE MEMBERSHIP
When buying any product from The Journey Centre which have keys and locks included, we provide a FREE Life Time membership to our Lost Key Club. (Worth up to £29.99 if bought separately)
Members of the club are provided with an exclusive key fob for which to attach your keys. This has our web site address imprinted on it requesting the finder to return them to us, informing them that they will receive a reward for their efforts!
To activate your membership, simply complete the registration form on our web site following your purchase, advising us of your key numbers (usually printed on the key and/or the barrels) along with your personal details.
If you have other keys that you intend to attach to your key fob, please include those and we will record them for you.
HOW DOES IT WORK
When we receive notification from the finder of your keys, you will be immediately advised. Should you wish to claim them back we will require a payment of £25 for their return, which we will pass on to the finder as his reward once we have received the keys.
Please contact us by telephone 0114 349 3550 or email sales@thejourneycentre.co.uk advising us of the location where you found the key fob and any numbers that appear on all the keys attached, and we will check our members register to identify the owner.
On the assumption that the owner will be delighted to learn of your find when we contact them, and confirms they want them returning, and have paid the reward fee, we will advise you how to safely send these back to us.
Upon their receipt we will be pleased to send you a Marks and Spencer voucher to the value of £25 on behalf of the owner.
