Orders may take up to 6 working days to be Dispatched (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date your order and payment are received.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and if received before 12.00 (Monday to Friday) this is usually on that same day. We offer various alternative services at the checkout, to enable you to choose the one which best suits your requirements.
Availability: On very rare occasions (e.g. during peak periods) some products may need to be transferred from our warehouse. In this case there could be a delay in dispatching your order. All Couriers are no longer guaranteeing a Next Day or Timed Service at this current time, the pressure on the courier networks is expected to increase as online shopping becomes more and more popular, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
Our fast delivery is "Express Delivery" option which is based on a 1 to 2 day delivery once dispatched. Items ordered on this service will always be sent out on the chosen couriers fastest service.

£700+ = FREE
Once dispatched items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked or by Courier Delivery (2 to 3 days once dispatched).
(unless item/s are over sized, then the standard delivery fee will be £11.95 added at the checkout. Thule WanderWay Standard Delivery fee is £15.)
Express Delivery Charges (Orders from) –
£0 to £29.99 = £8.95
£30 to £299.99 = £11.95
£300+ = £14.95
Once dispatched items will be sent by Courier Delivery (1 to 2 days once dispatched)
Rhino, Fiamma and Thule RV/Awnings – These Products are all dispatched direct from the manufacturers warehouse under the Standard Delivery Service (In most cases 1 to 3 day service).
Kjust Products – These items come direct from Kjust in Europe (upto 10 Business Days)
Collect in Store – You will receive an email when your item is ready to collect from our store. If you are planning to collect your item the same day or the following day, please contact us to arrange collection before arriving at our store. (See below for further information)

BFPO and P.O. BOX ADDRESSES: For security reasons, we are unable to offer deliveries to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. communal postal address or PO Box). We will notify you as soon as possible If this affects any order/s you have placed.
