Milenco Precision Nose weight Gauge - 20 to 130 kg

This is the only Noseweight Gauge approved and calibrated to the British standard for these instruments. It offers calibrated precision, accuracy, reliability and technical superiority over other Noseweight Gauges. It has a clear large scale to ensure the precise and safe loading for this safety critical area, to ensure caravan stability when towing.

The Camping and Caravan Club conducted a study on Noseweight Gauges and found them to be inaccurate and unreliable. They then approached Milenco and asked if we could produce a Noseweight Gauge to the standard BS7961, which was written in 2004. At this time no one had produced a conforming gauge to the standard.
Milenco conducted studies on the available Noseweight Gauges and at best found them only accurate to within 12 kilos but more concerning is that Milenco found these Noseweight Gauges often became ridiculously inaccurate with use.

The Milenco Precision Calibrated Noseweight Gauge has been manufactured using unique materials so that its calibration remains accurate even after 1000 uses. Other Noseweight Gauges can be up to 30 kilos out after 1000 uses.

Another improvement Milenco have made is that the scale is much clearer and goes up to 130 kilos and is accurate to within 2 kilos (as required by BS7961).

Further improvements include the fact Milenco made the Noseweight Gauge the same height as your caravan, so you do not need to block it up to use it.

Milenco know this Gauge costs a few pounds more, but you are getting real value for money and something that works correctly, exactly to the standard.

Milenco think this is far better than something that can be potentially dangerous, as you can end up with a low Noseweight, which is the trend with the un-calibrated Noseweight Gauges as the springs soften with use especially those using piano wire.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and therefore offer alternative services at the checkout to enable you to choose the one which best suits your requirements. If your order is time sensitive please email sales@thejourneycentre.co.uk or telephone us 0114 349 3550 to confirm the item is available before placing your order.

Some products are dispatched direct from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Please ensure you have read the DELIVERY section in our Terms and Conditions

NOTE DELIVERY TIMES: These are calculated using ‘working days’ which exclude Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays and Festive periods

Express Shipping is based on a 1 to 2 day service. All Couriers are not guaranteeing a Next Day or Timed Service.
Whilst most of our customers are receiving their order at the arrival time expected, there have unfortunately been some slight delays with the carriers which are outside of our control.

May we therefore suggest, that should your order not arrive on the anticipated day, and you are not going to be available to receive it in the following days, that you nominate a neighbour who might accept it on your behalf?

In these circumstances it would be helpful if you could leave a clear written instruction attached to the obvious door that the driver would visit, advising of the name and house number of the chosen neighbour.

Should this not be possible/practical then, the normal procedure of the courier company leaving a card advising you to contact them to rearrange the delivery will apply.

Thank you in anticipation of your understanding.
