1) When buying any Thule product from The Journey Centre which have keys and locks included, we provide membership to our Lost Key Club - Free of Charge. (worth £29.99)
2) Members are provided with an exclusive key fob (included with your order) for attaching your keys to, with our address imprinted on it requesting the finder to return them to us.
3) Simply contact us following receipt of your goods advising your Thule key numbers (printed on the key and the barrels) including your name and address and we will enter your details on our members register.
4) When we receive your keys from the finder, we will immediately inform you and return them to you by a secure courier service.

Express Shipping is based on a 1 to 2 day service. All Couriers are not guaranteeing a Next Day or Timed Service.
Whilst most of our customers are receiving their order at the arrival time expected, there have unfortunately been some slight delays with the carriers which are outside of our control.

May we therefore suggest, that should your order not arrive on the anticipated day, and you are not going to be available to receive it in the following days, that you nominate a neighbour who might accept it on your behalf?

In these circumstances it would be helpful if you could leave a clear written instruction attached to the obvious door that the driver would visit, advising of the name and house number of the chosen neighbour. 

Should this not be possible/practical then, the normal procedure of the courier company leaving a card advising you to contact them to rearrange the delivery will apply.
