We wish to advise you, that due to all the current problems caused by Covid - 19 in the way staff are now deployed under social distancing guidance, coupled with the huge increase in online ordering, this has put the whole system under severe pressure, and may inevitably cause some delays in achieving the usual high levels of service.
All Couriers are not guaranteeing a Next Day or Timed Service at this current time.
Whilst most of our customers are receiving their order at the arrival time expected, there have unfortunately been some slight delays with the carriers which are outside of our control.
May we therefore suggest, that should your order not arrive on the anticipated day, and you are not going to be available to receive it in the following days, that you nominate a neighbour who might accept it on your behalf?
In these circumstances it would be helpful if you could leave a clear written instruction attached to the obvious door that the driver would visit, advising of the name and house number of the chosen neighbour.
Should this not be possible/practical then, the normal procedure of the courier company leaving a card advising you to contact them to rearrange the delivery will apply.
